Taken from Heidi Kyle and Ulla Warhol, The Art of the Fold, Blizzard books are often folded to hold tags or business cards. Starting with a 33-inch long paper, the mini book is accordian- and triangular- folded to create flaps able to hold tags. Before the folding, the long strip of paper was abstractly painted with lines and shapes.
The two-part Slipcase was used to hold the book. No glue or tape was used to construct this piece.
It measures 3” x 3 3/4” when placed in the slipcase.
